Returns & Refunds policy
At Premium Motors, we understand that plans may change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy. Please review the following guidelines:
1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental start time will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation Within 48 Hours:
Cancellations made within 48 hours but outside the 24-hour window of the scheduled rental start time will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total rental cost.
3. Cancellation 3 Days or More in Advance:
Cancellations made three days or more in advance of the scheduled rental start time will receive a 100% refund of the total rental cost.
Processing Refunds:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
Modification or Extension:
If you wish to modify or extend your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not pick up the rental vehicle within 2 hours on the scheduled rental start date and time without prior notice, your reservation may be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.
